Systems & Automation

Automations that do the repetitive work for you.

WhatsApp customer service with replies and scheduling, reminders that go out on their own, data moving between tools and artificial intelligence where it truly helps. Working at night, on weekends and while your team is busy.

Which of these sounds like you?

  • I answer the same WhatsApp questions all day.

Opening hours, prices, address, any openings tomorrow. It's always the same questions, and whoever takes too long to reply loses the customer to whoever replied first.

    What I do

I set up automatic customer service that answers common questions, books appointments and hands the conversation to a person when it needs one.

  • My team spends hours copying data from one place to another.

An order comes in through one channel, gets typed into a spreadsheet, then the system, then finance. Nobody was hired for that, but everyone does it.

    What I do

I connect your tools so information moves from one to the other on its own, with nobody typing it again.

  • Important things depend on someone remembering.

Chasing unpaid invoices, confirming tomorrow's appointment, letting customers know their order shipped. When someone forgets, the customer feels it.

    What I do

I set up reminders and alerts that go out on their own at the right time, by WhatsApp or email.

Is automation what you need?

It makes sense if…

  • A task repeats the same way every day or every week.
  • Customers expect replies outside business hours.
  • Your team copies data between tools.
  • Reminders and payment follow-ups depend on someone's memory.

It might not be the right fit if…

  • The task changes every time and needs human judgment. Automation works best on what's repetitive.
  • The whole process needs a single place to happen. Then a custom system may be the way to go.
  • The task takes a few minutes a week. In that case, automating it may not pay off.

If you recognized yourself in the “might not” list, I'll tell you right away in our first chat and point you to what makes more sense.

What comes with every automation I build

How it works

  1. 1

    Conversation

You tell me which task eats up your team's time and how it's done today. I come out of it knowing whether it calls for an automation, a system or just a tweak to what you already use.

  2. 2

    Map and proposal

I map the task with you and send the scope, timeline and price before we start. What we agree on doesn't change without us talking first.

  3. 3

    First version

I build the automation and write the replies in your business's tone. You follow along and approve it before any customer sees it.

  4. 4

    Testing with real cases

We test it together with situations from your daily routine, including the tricky questions, and I adjust whatever is needed.

  5. 5

    Live

I switch the automation on, watch the first runs closely and fix whatever comes up.

  6. 6

    After launch

As the business changes, replies and flows need to change too. If you want, I keep handling the maintenance.

Questions about automation

How much does an automation cost?
It depends on the number of steps, the integrations and whether it uses artificial intelligence. After a quick chat, I send the price before we start. If you ask for something new along the way, we talk about the adjustment before I do it.
Are there costs beyond the project?
There can be. The official WhatsApp Business platform, artificial intelligence and some automation tools charge for usage, billed directly to your business. I explain each cost in the proposal, before we start.
Will automatic replies feel cold to my customers?
They don't have to. Replies are written in your business's tone and, when the conversation needs a person, it goes to your team.
What if the automation makes a mistake?
It's tested with real cases before going live and alerts you when something goes wrong. For sensitive tasks, like payment follow-ups, a person can approve each message before it goes out.
Do I need to replace the tools I already use?
Usually not. The idea is to connect what you already use. If a tool doesn't allow connections, I'll tell you upfront and suggest an alternative.
What's the difference between automation and a custom system?
Automation connects what you already have and makes it run on its own. A custom system creates a new place for the whole process to happen. They often go together.

Tell me what you need.

No commitment, no sales script, no surprise calls. You explain the idea, I tell you how I'd build it — and if it makes sense for both of us, we move forward.
